Why ZERO?
Rigid or non-existent digital insurance products, an unwieldy set of application questions, complicated checkout processes with negative impact on conversion rates, ambiguities about customer relationships – the need to make Embedded Insurance better led the three-person founding team and their wide-ranging experience in the insurance and FinTech industries to come together in 2022.
This unique approach to merging insurance services with the risks to be covered is what led us to the name “ZERO”: because customers no longer need a separate insurance contract, therefore – ZERO_POLICY.
